When I get up in the morning and set my feet on the ground, but before I stand up to go anywhere or do anything else, I like to think to myself…
“Today is not all about me.”
I think it’s important to realize that there are other people out there and they all have hopes, dreams, issues, drama, diagnoses, demons, desires, fears, thoughts, feelings, and addictions. I am not the only one with all these things and more in my life. The universe doesn’t revolve around me, it’s okay to let someone else have a turn in the sun.
