There weren’t too many photos or stories to tell from this day.

We woke up and had breakfast in the main dining room, then departed the ship when we were told to do so. We’d arranged for transportation to the airport where we had a rental car waiting on us. We took the rental car and drove back north to our hotel in Edmonds, WA. Our hotel wasn’t ready yet, so we decided to find a laundromat nearby while we waited for our check-in time.

We grabbed some subs and drove around a bit taking in some of the sights. We also dodged a bit of the crazy drivers in the area. One thing that I always wanted to see and do was to go to the headquarters for the place where we get all our aquarium gear from. They just happened to be in Edmonds, so we stopped by the store and took a look around.

We went back to the hotel and checked in, had some supper and figured out the game plan for the next day. Tomorrow, we were going on a ferry across the Puget Sound and we were going to see the Olympic Peninsula.
