We decided to leave the night before our flight and stay at a hotel near the airport which will make things easier and save us a bit of coin.

Parking at BWI went up to $11 per day for long-term parking on July 1st.

The hotel we’re staying at charged us half that to keep our car on the premises while we’re away, plus there’s a shuttle that regularly runs to the airport.

We also get the added benefits of not stressing out about getting to the airport on time for our flight tomorrow and not having to deal with traffic on the way to the airport.

I’m not going to post everyday while we’re on vacation, but I’ll post when I can and fill in the blanks once we’re home.
