Experienced a thunder clap like the one that just hit near us. It was light a bomb had gone off.

I didn’t see any lightning but the thunder was so close, so loud, and so sudden, I felt it before I heard it.

I’d go out and investigate but it can wait until when there’s no danger of getting struck by lightning or killed by a falling tree limb.

That was intense!

It’s not even raining that hard. We sure could use more of that and less of the scary booming sound.
