Blech!

I just pulled a tick off of my leg. The little blood suckers are bad! We tend to say that every year around this time, but I’ve already pulled two off of Adrianne, two off of the dog, and now this one. It hadn’t been on there very long, but it was working on its way in. They’re so creepy!

I can’t figure out where the hell I picked it up. I’d mowed the lawn two days ago, and I was cleaning inside the house all last evening. The only time I was outside today was on my way to the truck and on my way into the office. It must have grabbed ahold of my shoe or sock or pant leg and crawled its way up.

One of my co-workers just found one on him too! Now we’re all skeeved out and we all feel like we have bugs crawling all over us!

One of the guys we work with has that weird allergy after being bitten by a tick where he can’t eat mammal meat. The poor guy can only eat chicken, fish, and veg.

Stay safe out there, these little bloodsuckers are everywhere and they’re insidious!
