We’re ten days into the new year and the list grows:

I know that good people die every day but if things could slow down a bit I would appreciate it. Asking the universe to slow down is a fruitless exercise. The universe is under no obligation to make sense to any of us.

I suppose I need to breathe, be mindful, and enjoy the moment. After all, we don’t know how many moments we’ll have.
