Home again

Hey all. We got home safe and sound after our trip to Williamsburg.

We wound up staying an extra day because Friday night I got zero sleep. I woke up at 2:30 am and couldn’t go back to sleep. I finally managed to conk out again around 7:30 and slept past checkout. While I was asleep, Adrianne ran to the camp store and paid for another night. The camp staff had to make some magic happen, but pulled it off. It wound up raining all day, but that was done because we just lounged around the camper and took it easy.

We got home today just in time to make it to our friends’ wedding. It was a bit of a mad dash and we’re not fully unpacked from our trip, but we made it on time and we can unpack tomorrow. It was a nice ceremony outside followed by a reception at a local deli; super cute and happy for the couple. Congrats Dean and Pam! 😍❤️😘😊

I’ve picked out my suit for tomorrow, I have a lunch packed and ready to go. I have all my documents and paperwork ready and I’m ready to start my new job.

I need to get a good night’s sleep tonight so I’m up and at ‘em tomorrow morning. I’ll fill you all in more after my first day.
