I’ve decided that it’s time for another break from social media.

I realized I was spending too much time in front of my screen scrolling through the news feeds looking at the same memes, advertisements, notifications, banter, drivel, and general bad news.

I still have my accounts, I just deleted them from my phone and from my favorite places on my web browsers.

Right now, the best way to contact me is to give me a cal, text me, or email me. If you don’t have my phone number or email, send me a message via the contact me page on this website.

It’s not any of you, it’s me.

Feels like a break-up, doesn’t it? In a way, it is. It’s not any one person in particular (other than me), I just a need a break from all the negativity online and I want to split more energy into creating rather than consuming. I’ll keep the blog going for those that want to see what I’m doing, but don’t expect posts from me other than the social media extensions of my blog reposting the links to my latest posts.
