Quick update

I just wanted to give everyone a quick update from my last post. The HVAC guy came and replaced the control box, the blower, the transformer, and the wiring harness on the upstairs air handler for the low low cost of $1,500. Luckily, they were able to get everything working before the weather turned colder. We were only without the upstairs unit for about a week or so. It wasn’t something I really wanted to spend money on, but it was a necessary evil.

We have a new family member, everyone meet Ash. Friends of ours rescued Ash and he needed a forever home, so we adopted him. He’s taken awhile to get used to all of us and his new surroundings, but he really is a sweetheart. He and Nani get along tolerably well, we don’t really leave them alone together for any stretch of time.

We’re all ready for Halloween and a few other events that we have coming up in the next few days. I don’t want to make this long, I just wanted to take a few moments to give everyone an update on the house and the new addition. I’ll have more to write later as always.
